Lowpass Filters - CATV / MATV
Model LP7, LP7E: General Purpose Lowpass
Models LP7and LP7E- enhanced selectivity, lowpass filters, pass the lower segment of the TV/RF spectrum from 0 MHz to a specified cut-off (Fc), and reject the upper segment stopband up to 1000 MHz(Fs) by >40dB.
Optional stopband - greater attenuation (>50 dB) and 3000 mHz bandwidth for some models.
Examples of Off-Air-TV Lowpass filters:
LP7E 600/617;LP7E 698/716; LP7 700/740; LP7E 698/740-3G
These are Low pass filters designed to pass the Off-the-Air TV band and attenuate signals from 617 MHz, 640 MHz, 716 MHz, or 740 MHz, and above
Example:
LP7E 600/617 pass 0 to 600 MHz (FM, VHF to UHF ch.34) and attenuates (>40dB) LTE signals from 617 MHz to 650 MHz and above to 1300 MHz.
LP7E 698/740-3G pass 0 to 698 MHz (UHF TV band) and attenuates (>50dB) signals from 740 MHz to 3000 MHz.

Economical filter offers user specified cutoff (Fc)
- Fc is available from 4.2 MHz to 800 MHz
- Passband loss: <1dB (except < 3dB at Fc)
- Passband ripple: ±. 5dB; Return loss: 15dB typical
- In general, LP7 passband to stopband frequency transition: 5% (i.e., Fs = Fc x 1.05); LP7E pass/stop transition is approx. 3.5 to 4%
- Stopband: > 30 or >40 dB
- Operating Bandwidth 870 / 1000 MHz
- Available Indoor or outdoor enclosure
