Order Info:

Order as: HP7E- ch.( Fc / Fs ) ... see "Calculating transition" example below *
Specify: Fc (cut off channel/frequency ) and/or Fs (stopband channel/frequency)
Example: HP7E-ch.80/86 ( HP7E-564/594 )

Calculating Transition for example Highpass ( HP7E-ch.80/86 )

Example 1: Highpass must pass from Fc (594 MHz = ch.86), where does stopband (Fs) begin ? *
From Fig.1: Fs = Fc x .95 (5% transition)
Given Fc = 594 MHz (ch.86), then, Fs = 594 x .95 = 564 MHz (ch.80).

Example 2: Highpass stopband required at Fs (564 MHz = ch.80), where is passband cut off (Fc) ? *
From Fig.1: Fc = Fs x 1.05 (5% transition)
Given Fs = 564 MHz (ch.80), then, Fc = 564 x 1.05 = 594 MHz (ch.86).
