- Sturdy and Reliable
- Accurate tap loss values
- Use high quality ferrite transformer for low thru loss and high isolation between outlets & system
- Good signal match - prevents signal reflection
- 1-way to 4-way models (Indoor/ outdoor housing)
- 10-way and 20 way models (indoor housing)
- The DC-series taps, with its high isolation - between line and taps - are also suitable as multiple signal combiners

Assistance: Distribution System Design
TLE TV/RF distribution systems are custom designed to deliver balanced signals to all TV/FM outlets connected to the distribution system. Assistance includes:
- System layout design
- Calculation of system loss
- Product selection.
1. System Layout - design /upgrading / refinement
TLE can integrate system layout, distribution requirements and product selection given some basic information (best to provide a sketch)
- General layout of complex, indicate number and location of TV/FM outlets
- Show representative cable runs (indicate cable length & type, e.g.,
200', RG6U).
Click for cable attenuation chart. - System Bandwidth: Frequency band to be distributed (ex: SMATV: 5-450 MHz, CATV: 5 to 750 MHz, or, VHF/UHF: 40 to 860)
2. Calculation of System Loss
System losses consist of cabling and component losses, and are related to the efficiency of the distribution system design. After determining the "best" way to layout the system, system losses are calculated.
Headend Signal Output to deliver signals to all TV outlets in distribution system can be determined only after system losses are calculated - from details of the system layout.
3. Product selection
TLE manufactures most components for basic distribution system requirements, including: cable assemblies, splitters, taps, multi-taps, amplifiers, equalizers, attenuators, isolators, coax switches, wall plates, terminators, etc. - and can accurately integrate these products into the system design and system loss calculations process.
